The short version: we store what you enter, we don't sell it, and you can delete it any time.
The short version
We store only what you enter into MakerMind, plus your email address. We don't sell, share or run ads against your data. You can delete your account and everything in it any time by emailing us.
Data we collect
- Account data — your email and (if provided) name, used to sign you in.
- Tool data — calculations, orders, niche ideas, printer profiles, craft stall plans, diagnosis records and settings you create.
- Technical data — IP address and browser info captured by our hosting and authentication providers for security and abuse prevention.
How we use it
- To run the platform — sign you in, save your data, sync between devices.
- To improve MakerMind — aggregated, anonymous usage stats only (e.g. "X% of users use the Calculator").
- To respond to you when you email us.
We never sell your data. We never share it with advertisers. We don't use it to train AI models.
Where it lives
Your data is stored in our managed cloud database (powered by Lovable Cloud, EU hosted). It's encrypted at rest and in transit.
Sub-processors
- Lovable Cloud — hosting, database, authentication.
- Google — only if you choose to sign in with Google (we receive your email + name).
Your rights
Under GDPR (and equivalent laws elsewhere), you have the right to access, correct, export and delete your data. Email hello@makermindapp.com and we'll action it within 7 days.
Cookies
We use a single first-party cookie to keep you signed in. No analytics cookies, no tracking pixels, no advertising tags.
